Hi Everyone
I hope you have all had a great holiday break and the weather hasn't been too cold. We have just got back from Disney Land in Paris where it was 31 degrees.
We had a great time there with our granddaughters Holly &Charlotte.  I have attached a few photos.
We are back in Ireland again now and will travel to Rome for a few days next week.
I hope that you have had a great start to term 3. I will send you some pictures from Rome next week.
Best wishes
Mrs Smith

Host Families Wanted!

Tuesday 10 July 2018 No comments

Hosting of our Japanese sister school Gifu Shotoku Gakuen Elementary School.

The first week back from holidays our friends from our sister school in Gifu, Japan will be visiting our school for four days between Tuesday 24 - Friday 27.  M2A and M1A are hosting them during school hours and we are looking for families who are interested in being a host family for the Wednesday 25 July afternoon and tea time.

You would be required to pick up two of the children after school, look after them, have fun and provide them with tea.  They are then to be dropped off at their hotel which is by school by 8pm.  At some point in the afternoon or evening one of the GSNS staff and a teacher from Gifu will pop by your house and say a quick hello to check all is going well.

If you are interested please email Claire Spencer asap.
